The "Kopeyka" Pawnshop has been using the licensed PawnShop software since the end of 2009. During this time, the program has been installed in 17 branches and the head office of our company. The software has fully met the expectations placed on it in terms of facilitating the process of providing loans against collateral, both in terms of its functionality and the simplicity of training staff to use it, which were the main requirements for this software.
The program generates the contracts necessary for working with clients, which can be easily edited if needed. It also generates reports for accounting purposes and the subsequent submission of information about the pawnshop's activities to the State Commission, which regulates the financial services market. These reports significantly simplify the work of our accountants and increase the speed of submitting necessary reports to the relevant authorities.
The program is highly customizable, which allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the user, thus increasing the speed of credit issuance to each client. This significantly helps in shaping the image of the pawnshop among customers by eliminating queues and enabling quick cash disbursements when needed.
In our case, with the help of the PawnShop development team, we made the following customizations to meet our requirements:
